Birthday Party!

Yesterday I had my 10th birthday party! It was a painting party. Wee painted a Boston sunset. I had 16 guests! I got a lot of awesome presents!!

Today was my birthday!! I have retired from my single digits! I got a karaoke microphone that has an speaker attached to it, and a puzzle ring! I also ate ice cream cake. At school, the class sang happy birthday to me.

Flying Tree

Today some tree people came to cut three of our trees in my backyard. They used a crane so they would tie it on the tree. When the tree was cut, the crane would lift it up over our house! It was a flying tree! It was exciting!

Harvard Square

Yesterday I went to Harvard Square with my family. It was fun. I went to an anime store. I didn't buy anything, but it was interesting. I also ate Ben & Jerry's ice cream. I got chocolate chip cookie dough. We also went to see Harvard U. My favorite part was the science place because it hard some plastic exercise things there. There were some rocks there that I walked on. We ate some noodles there for dinner and got chicken wings to go :).

Bouncy House Water Slide!!!

For the past few days, me and my sister have been playing in our little pool. On Friday, we blew up our bouncy house. We were wet from playing in the pool, so we made the whole house wet. Our bouncy house has a slide, so we put the pool right under the slide so when we go down the slide, we'd land in the pool. It was very fun!

Recorder concert

Yesterday at school I had a recorder concert. The whole third grade did it. We played Gently sleep, Merrily we roll along, It's a small world, When the saints go marching in, and Ode to joy. It was pretty easy for me. My mom and my brother and sister came to watch. It was a nice concert.

Field Trip to Plymoth!

A few days ago, my class went on a field trip to Plymoth Plantation! It was so fun! my dad was a chaperone. We saw all of these pilgrim houses and wampanoag wetus and longhouses! We were there for almost the entire school day. It was one of the most fun field trips so far!

Fun Field Day

Today was field day at school. It was so much fun! The class got split into 3 teams: red, white, and blue. I was on red. We did lots of activities but my favorite one was the sponge one. It was kind of like a rely. So the first person gets the sponge wet, then passes it on to the line over their head. The last person squeezes the water into the other bin then god back up front and starts all over again. I got soaked! The other activities were fun too! We had popsicles at the end. It was such a fun day!

Birthday Party

Yesterday I went to a birthday party. It  was totally wicked! They had a bouncy house and two little pool with water and squirt guns in them! It was very hot, and everyone started squirting each other! Then, someone started using the frisbies to splash people, and themselves! Then they went to bounce in thee bouncy house, which got all bubbly. Everyone was soaking wet, but we all dried up at the end.  It was an amazing party!

Half Court Shot

Yesterday my dad made a half court shot! It was awesome! He made it in on the sixth try after playing around the world!

Guests

This week is spring vacation for my school. We've had my mom's friend come over with her family. They had a four year old boy who kept on bugging me to play with him. His dad was running the Boston marathon. I went there live in person for the first time! I might have even been on TV ( probably not :( ). They went to Canada today, and nothing much happened then. Multiculturel Festival

Tonight is my school's Multiculturel Festival!! I'm so excited!!!:) I'm gonna be performing a song with my friends( and sister). I can't wait!! I'll report what happens later when it's over.I can hardly wait!

Papier-Mâché Wetus!

Today in social studies, ( we're on native american tribes unit), we made Papier-mâché wetus (native american summer houses)! It was super fun( and messy) It was glue mixed with water( it was sticky and gross!). I had to wash my hands 3 times to get it all off! What a gooey project! :)

Vacation Hooray!

 It is  winter brake! Hooray!! No more school, no more rules! I can do whatever I want for a week!! Awesome!

18 People WHAT?!

Today there will be 18 people in the house. CRAZY!! There will be me, mom, dad, my sister, baby brother, my two aunts and four uncles, my two grandmas  and grandpas, and my three cousins. Wow!! It's gonna be so much fun!

Multiplication Test Correct!!

Today I had a test that I only studied 3 days for. That's crazy!!! I thought I would fail, cause I only studied 1 out of 3 times. It was awesome to see that I passed! Hooray!

3D person

Today in 3D printing class, I made my first 3D person! I made it with arms and everything! It looked really good, at least me and my friend did. It was fun!

Super Shot!

In today's basketball game, I made a shot a little bit within the 3 point line. Guess what? It made it in!!! I also made a shot from the 3 point line that didn't make it in. Boo!

4 Day Weekend!!!!

2 days ago Newton had it's first snow day. Hooray!! Yesterday it snowed again and we had another one! Also, it's so close to the weekend!! I'm having a 4 day weekend now! The weather people say that it's gonna snow again on Sunday night!! Who knows? We might have a 5 day weekend!!
